Liverpool Community Feedback Survey

Have Your Say: Liverpool Community Feedback Survey Now Live

Liverpool residents, your voice matters.

Local Pulse Press and 2GLF 89.3FM have launched an independent Liverpool Community Feedback Survey to hear directly from you about the issues that matter most; from roads, parks, and safety to transparency, trust, and the ongoing Public Inquiry into Liverpool City Council.

The survey is completely anonymous and open to anyone who lives, works, or studies in the Liverpool Local Government Area. It takes around five minutes to complete and will help build a clearer picture of how our community is really feeling right now.

Why this survey matters

Over the past year, Liverpool has been in the spotlight; not only because of the Public Inquiry, but also due to everyday concerns about local infrastructure, planning, and service delivery.

This survey gives residents a chance to provide constructive feedback in a structured, respectful way, so the community’s perspective is heard alongside official reports and media coverage.

The questions cover areas such as:

  • Condition of local roads, footpaths, and public spaces
  • Safety and liveability in your suburb
  • Commute times, toll costs, and transport use
  • Council’s performance in service delivery and governance
  • Confidence and trust in local leadership
  • Awareness and views on the Public Inquiry
  • What residents believe Council does well
  • What positive change people would most like to see

How the results will be used

All responses are anonymous.

Results will be aggregated and analysed by Local Pulse Press, with key findings discussed on air on 2GLF 89.3FM. Individual comments may be quoted anonymously, but only if you give consent within the survey.

The aim is simple: to provide an honest snapshot of community sentiment and to ensure residents’ voices are part of Liverpool’s story as the city moves forward.
